Job Description:

Mechanical Engineer: investigate, select, design and maintain tools, engines, machines,
and related devices; analyze part specifications and design to determine process standards
and establish quality and reliability objectives; comprehend utilization requirements and
objectives; select equipment we use and maintain its operation; recommend procedures
for the sequence of product fabrication and assembly; monitor and analyze quality of
parts purchased from third parties and supplied to customers; draft layout for resource
usage to optimize efficiency; use knowledge of engineering design for manufacturing
machinery to evaluate mechanical malfunctions and recommend appropriate corrections;
evaluate design of equipment and identify modifications to improve functioning
and efficiency; establish equipment performance expectations and measure overall
equipment performance; troubleshoot equipment problems and conduct root cause
failure analysis investigations on failed equipment, develop action plan to eliminate
repeat failures, and implement corrective actions; direct preventative maintenance
practices to meet best standards; and maintain knowledge of current developments in the
industry. 36 months experience as a Mechanical Engineer and a High School diploma required
