                        WARRANTY SUMMARY

            Warranty for equipment parts supplied by Vartex Company
            is for defects in material and workmanship for a period of
            one year from the date of installation or eighteen months
            from date of invoice. A detailed warranty policy is available
            on request.

                        QUALITY PROGRAM

            A complete ISO compatible quality system is in place along with
            experienced fulltime inspection staff for our manufactured products.
            Vartex Company is in process of acquiring both ISO9000
            and API Q-1 certification.
